Exclusions: Damage or failure due to any of the following is not covered under our guarantees: 1) Acts of God, including but not limited to weather, fire, earthquake, or flooding; 2) Vandalism, criminal activity or Acts of War, including but not limited to terrorism; 3) plants or animals, including but not limited to ants, rodents, and pets; and 4) Misuse, neglect or lack of periodic maintenance, including but not limited to changing filters and keeping drain lines clear. Guarantees exclude routine maintenance such as filters, equipment cleaning, clearing clogged drains, damage due to alterations from work performed by other parties.
