I certainly found honesty and professionalism in McCullough and Joey, the tech who came out. He blew out my AC lines thoroughly, and is wisely waiting to check all the electrical system because it was raining. He also changed my unit filter. I signed up for the maintenance program that McCullough offers. It is well worth the $16.95 a month because a McCullough representative will come out and check out your HVAC unit if you ask, and change your AC filter every 6 months. I highly recommend McCullough Heating and Air Conditioning, and specifically, Joey.<\/div>

Wonderful Service. My old air conditioner went out on a day that reached 100 degrees. McCullough Heating & Air was able to have Alonzo Olivas come out by noon. He was very knowledgeable and got the old air conditioner running and cooling again. He spent time explaining what he did and several options going forward. Great experience!<\/div>

We had a great service experience for a recent issue with the AC unit. Appointment scheduling was a breeze; they explained the fees very transparently. The technician (D'Andre) alerted before the arrival, did a great job diagnosing, and fixing it. All of it was superior customer service attitude. Keep it up!<\/div>
