The gentleman who came was nice and seemed very knowledgeable but he left the AC grate and air filter on the floor of the house.
Joey was prompt at finding the problem and fixed it. He took time to explain a few things about my thermostat for me as well. Joey was conscientious and professional. Very happy with today’s service.
Joey came out (after hours…like, 6:30) on a super hot day to blow out our clogged drain lines when I had done everything within my power to do it myself. He was quick, thorough and friendly. And he gave me options on how to prevent it from happening ...moving forward. Same day service. Reasonable price. The technician was courteous and professional and answered all my questions. My only gripe is with the scheduling of the company. I wish they could better narrow down arrival time to either morning or afternoon.
