Dillon Revells was great! He came in and identified the problem with our AC immediately. He gave us some good additional info on some better filters, then went the extra mile in removing foliage and dirt from around the drain outside, then blowing it ...out, clearing the muck out. Chris McRae and the entire McCullough team did a fantastic job installing new HVAC equipment at my house. I've been running construction projects for 48 years, and McCullough's work was as good as it gets. A+ in every aspect of the project.
Dylan and Mitch worked with us to move our condenser unit to a better location. They scouted the yard first (I have a hillside home), gave me options for locations and how to run the pipes and conduit. After talking me through the job, how long it ...would take, the steps, and what they needed from me, I set a date for the work. The team showed up on time, with all the materials, and got to work. The move went great, they talked through the process again, and gave advice on how to "beautify" the result pipe run. This is my second time working with Dylan and McCullough overall. Great for HVAC maintenance. Had to make a major upgrade to the cooling system. The technicians - Dylan and Nick - were very helpful and service was quick and professional.
Henry Harris is the best. Very professional and walked me through everything. So thorough and I knew something was up with the system that he uncovered and quoted a fix. I am happy to be on their annual plan.
