McCullough was quick to send out a technician when we had a clogged water outlet with our AC yesterday. Dillion showed up and and quickly unclogged our backed up outlet. After he left, the AC kept turning off after running for a minute. He came back and ...found that there was another clog that formed in the catch, and proceeded to take it all apart and clear the system. Dillion was a pleasure to be around, and put up with all of my questions about the work he was doing. He was also a genuinely great person and had us cracking up throughout his time here. He recommended we get a larger condenser for the size of our house, but was just informing us and not trying to make a hard sell. I will definitely call McCullough the next time I need work done or want to upgrade my system, and I'll be sure to ask for Dillion. I highly recommend the company and the tech. 10/10Read More...

Mitchell came out to take a look at a leaking drain line issue on short notice. He fixed the issue with the original piping but wasn't satisfied and decided he would rather just replace the line. We called at 9:30 and was promised an emergency appointment for an elderly lady (my mom) and we waited all day by our phone, being told someone would come by 5pm. At 5 pm, I called and was told someone was still coming. I gave a second number (mom’s ...cell) and name just in case and they told me it wouldn’t be until 8 pm. It’s 8:15 and they just told us the tech can’t come and tried earlier to ring us. Neither of us have missed calls.
