I put in a request last night (Monday-Memorial Day) & Matt called early this morning (Tuesday) & said he could be here in 15 minutes...Wow...that's never happened to us before! He quickly diagnosed both problems, found us a more reasonable option on the fan motor & checked other components for any issues.
