AC went out and I placed a call to McCullough Heating & AC at about 7:10 am. Very professional on the phone and Matt was at my door around 9am. We needed a new motor and Matt went to get it, installed it and checked everything and was done by 11:10 am. Will be our AC go to from now on!

McCullough & technician Matthew Downing are the best! My cooling unit stopped yesterday on the hottest day of hottest month of the year. I had to spend $500 for 2 portable units for the evening. Matthew arrived AM, identified the issue and as always, communicated the findings to me. McCullough will confirm that Matthew is my preferred tech and I specifically request him for problems and annual contract visits. Thanks 👍🏾
