Great experience with McCullough service and Kyle!! Called them yesterday close to 5pm when we realized AC wasn’t working. Kyle was at our house by about 10am today. Problem diagnosed. Kyle went to get part from supply warehouse, came back to us and he ...was done before noon!! And it was covered under the 10year warranty we have with McCullough as they did the install a few years ago. The McCullough's technicians have done an excellent job servicing my heating and AC units. During my last appointment, Henry rewired a connection which had been inexpertly installed by another company, leading to a short.

Dillon Revells was great! He came in and identified the problem with our AC immediately. He gave us some good additional info on some better filters, then went the extra mile in removing foliage and dirt from around the drain outside, then blowing it ...out, clearing the muck out. He was super nice and professional. I would use McCullough again and request Dillon if possible. Pricing seemed fair for the work done.Read More...
