He followed up by double checking that my equipment was performing normally. I really appreciate the helpful, friendly service I received! Jaiden Mendez did a fantastic job. I scheduled an appointment with their AI bot on a Thursday night, for a Friday appointment. He came out, did a very thorough diagnostic of the outdoor ac unit, and indoor one in the attic. Checked everything you possibly could, and ruled out everything but the indoor attic blow motor. He left and 20 minutes later was back with a new unit. He was able to replace it within 30 minutes and my AC is running again. Many thanks and also thanks to Jaiden Mendez & The McCullough Team!

Bought a new HVAC system from McCullough last year. Eric S came out to address some noises it was making. He was extremely thorough, identified both issues, and completely resolved them. I have an old house built in 1960 and my indoor unit is in a closet. To remove condensation I have a sump pump below the closet. On many occasions the pump was running much longer than it had when it was first installed. Eric found that somehow some of the tubing to the sump pump had a kink in it. Instead of just straightening out the kink, he completely replaced the hose and secured it so it wouldn’t move in the future and kink up again. The other issue was a small but persistent noise that happened every time the fan came on. That seemed more difficult for him to identify the cause, but he eventually removed the entire fan and casing and found that a small piece of insulation had become lodged in the fan so it hit like a playing card on a kid’s bike wheel every time the fan turned on. I was so thankful that he was as diligent as he was. Both were minor but annoying issues. With my office right beside the hallway where the unit is, I know every sound that thing makes. And now, it is as quiet as a mouse! Thanks, Eric! AND, because I pay the monthly maintenance fee, even though I’ve had the system more than a year, the visit cost me nothing.

I had the best experience today! Called in at 9:30 this morning to set up an AC maintenance appointment. They had same-day availability and Brandon came out just after 5. He was awesome. Cleared a clog, recommended a new setting on my thermostat to reduce the humidity, serviced the outside unit and even disposed of a deceased rodent found in the attic (yikes!). He left everything super clean, spoke to me on my level and with respect, and the price was great. Now that summer is finally starting to heat up, I’m feeling confident in this AC staying on and staying cool.

I have used them a few times. First they were the best price and most professional for totally new duct work. Then they helped us out with a new blower motor. And most recently, McCullough checked out why the unit was leaking water and educated me about system upkeep.
They also make scheduling easy and I have always had experienced technicians.

Blake came out to fix my A/C after it stopped working during an extremely hot day. I called, and he arrived promptly. He was very friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to get everything working again.

He took the time to thoroughly explain what the problem was, what needed to be repaired, and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and patient he was throughout the entire process.

When the job was finished, he cleaned up everything before leaving, which showed great attention to detail and respect for my home.

McCullough and Shawn May came through where 4 other companies failed and fixed some terrible whole-house vibrations caused by a faulty blower wheel. Shawn gave us an honest, straightforward diagnosis of the problem and attempted the lowest cost possible fix before proceeding to more involved repairs. McCullough’s team was also very responsive and made scheduling/information gathering pretty painless. Great experience overall and will definitely be calling them for any future HVAC needs!

We had a great experience working with Evan Young as our project manager. We had to do an HVAC system replacement and he was super professional, easy going, and knowledgeable. All the pricing and info was simple and straightforward and we never felt pressured by any sort of upselling or sales tactics. The team focused on what we need and everything went smoothly. I have lived in my home for 20 years and recently had for the first time, a complete home plumbing inspection by James Farr from Mccullough. The inspection report was very valuable and informative. The plumbing was in much better condition than I was expecting. I was very happy and satisfied with the report. James did a very extensive look and testing of everything. His report included understandable assessments and a game plan with options for eventual improvements. James' demeanor was very friendly and professional.. I was not pressured at all to make any kind of immediate decisions which was so appreciated. I use Mccullough presently for my HVAC service and now do the same for plumbing services.

My first time working with McCullough, and it was an overall great experience. During the first heatwaves of this summer, my 6-year-old HVAC unit broke down, and I struggled to find an available company to inspect it within the same week. Understandably, it was a busy time of the season. After reading several positive reviews online, I reached out to McCullough.

Initially, I found the interaction with the AI voice to schedule an appointment a bit unusual, but I was pleasantly surprised by its accuracy. It quickly understood the problem and scheduled a next-day appointment within seconds. Technician Kyle Sterling arrived that day, and he truly deserves the praise for his work.

As someone with limited HVAC knowledge, Kyle took the time to explain the issues in detail, the necessary repairs, and the cost which was a better deal compared to a couple of other quotes I had received. Kyle’s expertise and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and informative, and I felt confident in his abilities.

He scheduled a day for repairs, returned with assistance, and completed the job as scheduled. Kyle even discovered an additional issue with the HVAC system (a faulty coolant valve) and didn’t charge me for it. He didn’t charge me for the repairs until everything was resolved and the unit was up and running.

Overall, it was a great experience. The repairs were fast, and the technician was excellent.

Mat helped me evaluate an issue with my washing water valves. I really appreciate Mat's work here, though the issue was minor. He showed me reasons of stuck valves and how they may be solved. He did some extra evaluation as part of the visit to help me check everything was on shape. I recommend the plumbing service of McCullough.

Blake took the time to show me the state of the inside of my coil and give me options for getting it cleaned. I ended up becoming a member because it is a very good value.

Miko was very thorough and courteous, put on protective booties when entering our home . Flushed the condensation line and checked all readings on the air handler and outside condenser unit. Miko also top the time to pair my phone withe the ecobee stat.

We had two issues emerge in our system. The first was a short in the compressor caused by ants getting inside the electronics panel requiring a connecter replacement. I called on Wednesday late in the day and Shawn came out first thing the next day explained the issue and fixed it. Very helpful.

Unfortunately our blower on the same zone indoor unit went out that weekend, possibly a coincidence or could be a short that fried a component - I called and asked to speak to a supervisor to understand the issues and he called quickly and was very helpful.

Jaiden the diagnosing tech on the blower was back out yesterday and installed the new part and gave me a heads up on other items to be aware of. Pricing is bundled for the parts and labor and based on my research was very fair. These systems break and having an existing relationship with a company w a maintenance program to me is essential so you can be prioritized during periods where things back up. McCulloch maintains the scale to support its client base. I appreciate that as they were there when I needed them.

McCullough installed a new HVAC system for us last year and we just had the first of our annual services - we couldn’t be happier with their service so far. Troy was an encyclopaedia of knowledge during the original installation, and since then their crews / service staff have always been friendly and knowledgable + it has been easy to schedule any appointments needed (all of which have been under warranty so far).

Update: Blake who did our service today was an outstanding technician. Very patient and easy to talk with and ask questions to, and overall did a thorough job with our routine maintenance appointment.

Unfortunately, the time finally came for my girlfriend and I to have to replace our air conditioning system. We called four different air conditioning companies for quotes. Each one sent out some high pressure salesperson promising discounts to sign right away and that couldn't answer many of our questions. Then McCullough sent out Evan Young. Evan took the time to answer our questions honestly and methodically. Throughout the process, he was patient with us and never pushy. Price wise McCullough fell in the middle but knowing our replacement was in good hands with Evan and his crew of Mark and Christian made the decision to go with them easy. I will be recommending Evan and McCullough to all my friends and family if they should be unlucky enough to have to replace their system.

A little bit of context: house built in 1994, has two AC units, a big and a small. Changed the big one in 2009, which started malfunctioning last week. Both units have been serviced annually by a certified technician. Technician checked the failed unit, which was acting intermittently, and recommended we find a certified Carrier technician to check it. Through Carrier we found "McCullough Heat & Air" which sent Kyle S. over the next day. Being an electrical engineer myself was very pleasantly surprised with his debugging skills: after testing all the components and the communication between them, root caused the malfunctioning to the "comm board" on the outside unit. With most electrical intermittent issues it's very hard to be 100% sure. Trusted his knowledge, ordered the board (on the expensive side) which he replaced once it arrived and now everything is working.

Overall very satisfied with service and especially with Kyle; highly recommended at least for complex cases like this. Glad we found someone we can trust with the AC.

Bryan replaced a blower motor quick kike a bunny - it was free!? Still in the warranty window. I would have gladly paid them - And that may be the point. Those guys are the absolute very best. 25 years of being a customer. And not a roller by any means..

Our air conditioner went out on Saturday, July 4th. It was very hot! I called McCullough and the sent our Jaden Mendez. He got there amazing only about an hour after I called. We had a wiring issue. He had our system rewired, back up and running in a less than 30 minutes. Great, fast, and very reasonable service. I highly recommend!

We worked with another company to do a HVAC check up and they didn't clean out the drain line as they should in a routine service. There was a major leak from the drain line and the whole unit had to be shut off and my business closed until it could be repaired. The other company (rhymes with "vans") stated they could not come for 5 days. McCullough offered a holiday emergency appointment (for extra cost) and repaired the issue quickly. They did a proper servicing of the unit while they were there. Josh- the technician was helpful and attentive. Thank you, McCullough.

My A/C unit began having issues the day before the Fourth of July weekend. I called about 10 places and finally was recommended to McCullough by another local tech. Scheduling was simple and automated. My tech, Micheal, was amazing! My unit gave out completely and Micheal called me in the afternoon to let me know his ETA. He arrived earlier than expected and went right to work. The issue was resolved both quickly and efficiently. He even took the time to explain the condo’s HVAC system and answered all my questions. At 5p on a Friday during a holiday weekend, I couldn’t have asked for better service. I’m extremely pleased and highly recommend this company.

Jamie was a great plumber to help with a suddenly leaking hot water heater that needed to be replaced. Super professional, talked through and priced different options, and got the replacement done the same day. Will absolutely use him again.

Blake Eastland went above and beyond to make sure my HVAC system is ready for this Texas heat.

The unit in my attic had a lot of debris from a roof replacement and Blake swept that off for me. He also helped me cut tree limbs that were rubbing against my outdoor unit and my roof. That's 5 star service for sure!

The folks at McCullough are so helpful and kind! All the technicians are great- the guy who helped me when my AC was broken (I had spoken with two other ac companies) was straightforward and gave me real info rather than a sales pitch (I think his name was Matt).

Since then, they have helped me out with a couple of small issues that I’ve had with my new unit. The last Tech that I worked with was named Thomas and he was awesome as well! Very respectful, personable, and informative. I always feel comfortable with the technicians being in my house.

Amazing experience with McCullough! Our AC broke on the hottest day of the year. McCullough was out there the same day, diagnosed the problem, got the needed part (and confirmed it was covered by warranty), and was back the next day to fix the unit. Down time less than 27 hours! Miko was friendly, he listened, understood my concerns and issues. He did a great job on a diagnostic testing, and we found the issues that we confirmed together were the problems. He found a way to solve it, That was in my best interest financially as well as for my air-conditioning system. He showed us the issue and the high numbers effecting the efficiency of air conditioner. I love this company! They put out real effort to get you scheduled for your routine maintenance, allowing flexibility to request either morning or afternoon service. Their technicians are friendly, polite and communicative., esp the one who came today! Nasar Barenji. He came early, was super nice, exceptionally competent and emphasized the critically important repair another one of McCullough’s routinely excellent technicians had recommended a year ago at my annual summer inspection that I could not afford at the time to authorize. They are all doing their best to help me extend the life of my aged HVAC system.

Miko was excellent. He came for a simple service call but soon found multiple issues. He worked late into the evening hours determining what was wrong with our system.

They were busy and our technician was able to come on the later end of the time window but they texted to let us know, completely understand in the summer heat. Jaiden quickly diagnosed and fixed our A/C unit. Thank you! Will use again.

My AC was not working, I called McCullough. First time using them, and it won’t be my last. Craig came out did a simple diagnosis that are drain was clogged, Unclogged it same day, then cleaned the drain and all the other drains we have.

Craig was very polite, calm, and professional. That’s usually the type of people you want working on your home.

We have always had a great experience with McCullough Heating and Air. When our system had issues in the very beginning of summer, they were able to respond very quickly and our first technician Josh Henderson, was very helpful in addressing the problem within the same day. Then, we later had a preventative HVAC inspection and some corresponding service done by Blake Eastland. We didn’t feel any pressure to purchase the services, but rather informed about some potential options to help mitigate the issues with how the new construction home builders cut serious corners with the installation of our HVAC system. It’s never fun to have to put money into air conditioning, but McCullough made the process as painless as possible. Would definitely recommend them

After Henry Harris, Shawn May was assigned by McCullough to complete the repair of my AC system which had a leak. He worked hard to make sure that the leak was repaired properly so that my AC could function properly. He was professional and friendly. I commend him for the job that he did. I came home from being gone for a few days and it was 88 degrees inside my house in July. I immediately called McCullough and technician EJ Pittaway was at my place almost within an hour. My AC was fixed and running properly in no time and the cost was moderate. I had anticipated at least 24 hours of misery but McCullough fixed my problem within 2 hours of my return home, and EJ explained everything to me and showed me the gauges and diagnostic tools he used. They are my heroes.

2026-06-24 Eric Suarez diagnosed and serviced our system today. A bad capacitor was causing the compressor to make a thrumming noise. He carefully checked, repaired, and rechecked everything. Inside, he checked that each zone was producing cool air. He was thorough and clear in his explanations. I asked about shading the outside unit, and he explained how a shade cloth, at least 7 feet above the unit, provides excellent benefits.

We are well satisfied with McCullough service. All the technicians we've met over the years have been excellent.

McCullough has given us great service for many years. Today's (2026-04-27) summer season inspection was exceptional in attention to detail. In addition to all the required checks and settings, they hosed off the compressor. They concluded with a review of photos of all critical parts and their manufacturer-documented settings, compared to today's actual readings. They were within tolerance throughout. Thank you!

I've used this company more than once. During a recent service call, the technician Kyle, was thorough in inspecting the system, attic, ductwork, and outdoor unit. Although the issue ultimately did not appear to be HVAC-related, I appreciated that he was honest about what he found and referred me to another company rather than recommending unnecessary work

Very thorough plumbing inspection fully complimentary for being an annual member for the HVAC side. They did dye tests on all toilets, checked sinks, and water heaters. Did water harden tests along with chlorine levels and made valid recommendations. The combination of master plumber James Harr and soon to be master plumber Matej Bzdil made the inspection quick and easy. Highly recommend and will use them again!

My old HVAC system was at the end of it's life in 2024. After a few estimates, I chose McCullough to replace it. A 2-stage 2 zone Carrier system was installed and has been a great decision. Because of problems with the original ductwork, everything feeding the second story was also replaced. The new system is very efficient, reducing my cooling bill significantly. A small problem popped up and the technician was able to diagnose and repair it very quickly.
The price was reasonable considering the extent of the work. I enrolled in twice a year maintenance and have had no additional costs.
It's a great company with well trained and considerate people. I highly recommend McCullough for installation, repairs and maintenance.
