The only issue we’ve had with McCullough - Don’t trust the online scheduling - twice we’ve tried to schedule that way and it just doesn’t seem to work. We schedule but they have no record of it. HOWEVER, when we call to schedule, they get us on the schedule quickly. Had another AC issue. Kyle came out on a Monday, diagnosed the problem, the part was ordered, part delivered to our home on Tuesday. Kyle came back out on Wednesday to install. Under warranty again!!! Yay!

I am so glad I'm a long time customer of McCullough Heat and Air. All the techs who have serviced our HVAC have been great but this time around Mike McTaggert went truly above and beyond. Our system had a backed up drain on a 106+ degree day. Mike came quickly and knew exactly what to do. Moreover, he showed us photos and video so we know exactly what happened and how he diagnosed and fixed it, all the while being really friendly and efficient. Because of folks like Mike, we will always be McCullough Heating and Air customers.

We came back in town and our AC was out. McCullough came the afternoon we called and diagnosed, quoted, and installed our new unit the next day and it was GREATLY appreciated not only because the temps were in the 100's, but i had out of town guests coming and was hosting a bridal shower. Each and every employee we dealt with was extremely hard working and very responsive. I would highly recommend them!!
