We have been dealing with issues with our carrier unit for a year now, most of them due to the bad original install. The original installing company disappeared and there was no way to contact them. Working with Kyle has been great, he is great at listening and communicating. Listening to issues was important for me, since we had a tech previously being dismissive saying that’s just wear (unit is only 1 year old). Kyle instead listened and was able to find an issue. He is very knowledgeable and helped us troubleshoot our Carrier system and finally make it work. Kyle found and addressed multiple issues such as faulty dampeners, poor cooling performance and persistence humming noise when unit was using zoning. He gave us a very reasonable quote for other required repairs, like remaking the ducts, lifting up the furnace to help the drain line work, and walked us through each of these, why they are needed and how they will help. Scheduling the repair and initial check was easy, even thought the phone gets answered by AI, it’s very easy to get connected with a human. I would recommend Kyle to anyone detailing with Carrier issues.

McCullough is my knight in shiniing armor today. Hr rescued me from my HVac which was running at 82 when set at 73. And jhe came out on a holiday weekend! The problem was a clogged filter from comstruction dust from a month of water leak restoration of my home. He fixed the problem cheerfully and quickly and left me cool and happy in my home. Love McCullough and Mike!
