I am so happy with my decision to have McCullough replace and install my new HVAC system!! I so appreciated Evan coming out the day I called to assess my needs and make recommendations. He took photos of my old system and showed me what he based his recommendations upon. Once I signed the estimate (very reasonable) he was able to schedule 2 days later. The installers, Ivan and Ricardo, were rock stars!! Showed up at 8:30am and left at 8pm. They patiently answered every question, explained all aspects of their work, were kind to my cat! , were considerate of my home, cleaned up after themselves and were so professional and nice. They just went above and beyond to provide a great service! Good job team McCullough!

Miko did an excellent and thorough job with the maintenance of our AC unit, as part of our maintenance plan. He checked the performance of our system carefully and identified an issue with the condenser coil and provided estimate after verifying that parts are covered under warranty. He also pointed out a location where the filter should be replaced which our previous AC company never identified. We are glad that we switched to McCllough for our AC needs!

McCullough Heating & Air is fantastic! Their service technicians are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We recently had Mike complete our service visit, and he was excellent. We will definitely be requesting him again in the future. Go Big Red! 😁

Thanks Thomas!! In my previous review I did not include what had been fixed. They patched a busted Freon line and refilled my Freon. Today’s call was because my AC stopped blowing cold slowly over a couple of days so I figured it might be a leak from the patch that they had previously placed. It was. And they handled it perfectly, coming out quickly, checking the system. Discovering it was a leak from their previous repair, (NBD, sometimes that stuff just happens and it’s all about how it’s dealt with) They offer a two-year warranty on their repair work, and they stuck to that without any pushback or trouble. Thanks you guys. Y’all are a stand-up business, and I appreciate that!
