I had the pleasure of working with g with one of your most senior technicians, Kyle, last week. It was an emergency call during a heat spike with the AC stopped. He came after 5, solved the problem, and detected other maintenance issues that were about to trigger other outages. He ultimately came twice to the house, fixed several minor and major issues, and explained how to prevent further issues in the future. I will always be indebted to Kyle for the quality of his work and his tenacity. Our units are hard to reach and he went so far beyond our expectations.
