Josh came out on a Sunday and took care of our thermostat problem. Very professional and efficient. We have used McCoullough a few times now and are grateful for their services.

McCulloch has taken care of us for at least eight years. They put in this new unit when the old one went bad. That was also a holiday weekend, and they put in temporary window units to get us through. Also a remarkably hot summer. They came out today, to check on an odd noise. They discovered nothing really was wrong, but I am very relieved at having professionals support our system. Especially in this age of global warming.
